Discoveries:

Today I discovered that sometimes it's time. We know it's time because all the precursors are there. Maybe we ignored them in the past, perhaps we saw the signs but chose to try to overcome. In so many areas of my life, "it's time" . Rather than spew out a laundry list of to-do's I will instead ask you to take my word for it. Think about your own lives and reflect. Have you ignored the signs? Was there ever a time or situation where you sacrificed one thing in exchange for another? Did it turn out to be a fair trade?

High Points:

I have been hitting the gym hard and have shed another 6lbs in the last month. Between all of the healthy meals and activity I can now see results. I was never fat but I am a tad heavier than my college weight. Somehow 190lbs seems so much harder to achieve. I think about how I used to eat an extra buffet everyday in college to pick up weight and I want to go back in time and pimp slap myself.

Low Points:

My darn glasses broke! What am I in third grade. The sad things is that my guy told me to purchase sturdy frames but no, I wanted to get acquainted with optical technology and get the invisible frame glasses. The glasses look nice but damn they are not sturdy at all. I was driving home in my car when suddenly my eyeglasses fell apart. Literally, they fell, apart. I was driving with half a pair of glasses on furious. Thank the Lord that I didn't hit anybody. As soon as my vision insurance kicks back in I am buying me some black Dean Martin's only my lenses will have a prescription
