Discoveries:
Today I discovered that a good meal can really hit the spot! In my case it was fajitas. I know, I know, I’m supposed to be on a radical new diet and solid food is a no-no but hear me out. I have modified the diet to include a little reason. Instead of 30-days straight ingesting food and in drink in liquid form, I decided to switch it up a little. I will still take in liquids only but for 6-out-of-the-7 days of the week. Sunday’s will be my day to refuel and enjoy a delicious meal. So, if you are following me and you understand what you just read, I feasted because it was Sunday and my body loved me for it.
High Points:
I went to a get together at a friend’s house and had the opportunity to see how someone else lives. IT’s always interesting seeing someone else’s norms. Let’s face it, we are all raised differently, by different parents and under different circumstances but we are more alike than you may think. Take the refrigerator for instance, no matter where you are in the USA, no matter what kind of home I bet we all have at least the following items in our collective refrigerators: Milk, sticks of butter, some kind of fruit juice, packaged left-overs and at least one rotten item you forgot about. See………we are more alike than you think.
Low Points:
I think my paycheck is already spent up. Y’all know the feeling; you constantly recount each dollar and assign a use for it trying to make sense of the madness. That’s just the type of economy we’re in. I declare that it will get better but not before it gets worse. Between fuel, toiletries and repairs my extra paper is gone. I didn’t have any major plans for my spare coins; it’s just that it would be nice to have more cash on reserve in case of an emergency or last minute impulse purchase.

First thing let me tell you that I think you need to modify your diet some more John...a liquid diet no matter what you're drinking is way unhealthy unless prescribed by a doc and then it's limited.
Your body will go into shock if you don't provide it the nutrients it desires...so please be careful.
The best party eats for get togethers are wings, fruit, veggies on a veggie tray, meatballs...all finger foods.
