Discoveries:

I’m a great gift giver
Today I discovered that I am an awesome gift-giver! Part of earning said title is having the ability to truly listen to your friends and family and address unspoken or future needs. In all of your discussions, emails and texts you should be gathering cues and clues about their lives and desires. The most powerful gifts let you give the recipient something that they both want and need, simultaneously. In fact, oftentimes the best instances of this cost less than the fancy present that you initially had in mind. So as the holiday season approaches us, be sure to truly listen to more than just the words that are coming out of their mouths and really try to hear them and address their undeclared needs.

High Points:
I ordered glasses everyone and lots of em’. My wife turned me on to this amazing online outlet for single vision eyewear that is absolutely amazing. Visit http://www.glassesshop.com/ . You won’t regret it. There I found dozens of amazing frames and styles for dirt cheap. The first pair of glasses I ordered was only $1.99. The only thing you need to take advantage of the savings is the eye prescription details from your most recent eye exam. Instead of letting the optometrist usher you in to the eyeglasses area to be taken for a ride intercept and say, “May I please have a copy of my vision prescription?” The little form they give you will have all the numbers you need to order online and avoid paying an arm and a leg for vision wear. Some doctors forget to measure your pupil distance (PD) but that can be done with a basic ruler and you can get instructions online. Hope this helps.

Themes for the Day
·         I see you
·         I can see clearly now!
·         Now I can drive at night
·         Is that where my golf ball went?
 Low Points:

Allergies and Asthma have plagued my household for years but now we have a secret weapon to fight against breathing problems. I give you…….Hospital Grade Nebulizers

These small devices coupled with the right amount of Albuterol (usually $10.00 per box with decent insurance) will save the day. In fact, this “breathing treatment” is often the first remedy besides a steroid or epinephrine shot to help calm the lungs. I don’t anticipate trauma anytime soon nor am I preparing for the worst but having this live saving device will prevent 3AM trips to the emergency room, despair and missed work. Get one if members of your family have asthma, bronchitis or suffer from severe allergies.

DAILY INSANITY:
Three Words: Online Degree Programs
I am getting so much closer to my goal of earning an undergraduate degree in Business Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Entrepreneurial studies. Who do I have to thank for that? Online degree programs and community colleges. I was able to earn an Associate’s degree in a year taking accelerated courses and now I am taking the remaining core classes for cheap at a local community college. I even found an amazing online schedule for the University of Texas that looks appealing for the fall. Next stop Bachelor’s degree!
