Putting on the lbs...

Discoveries: Today I discovered that a night at the game with the fellas can be just what the doctor ordered. I went to the Dallas Mavericks game and watch a competitive matchup between them and the New Orleans Hornets (8-0) . I scored some last minute tickets and decided to invite my pals out for a night of cheering, beer and basketball. We had some amazing seats! There we were, courtside at the hottest game in town. It went down to the wire but you already know that because you saw the highlights on Sportscenter. We laughed, joked and tried to cheer loud enough to get noticed on the jumbotron. Although we didn't get our faces on the big screen we had a blast

High Points:
I found a whole host of new clients at work today that I want to target. My ingenious plan involved me writing a PRESS RELEASE geared towards small business owners who have either been too apprehensive or too uninformed to try mass media advertising. For me, the key will be finding regional companies who have an appeal in my state. Wish me luck

Low Points:
Dude, I went to the doctor and found out that although I am as healthy as an ox, I gained 10lbs in the last 6-months?!?!? What the hell, perhaps it was all the worrying about finances, issues I dealt with trying to improve the relationships I have in my life with friends, family, spouse and kids. Nah, it's none of that, the truth is that I stop working out. Man I was a gym rat for the first part of the year, I would go to the fitness center three or four times per week and each time I would stay at least and hour and a half doing cardio, lifting weights and playing competitive sports. Well, it's not too late. Like Kanye West said, " I'm gonna look in the mirror if I need some help. " I will renew my membership and get back into the swing of things.
