You'd better call me back!

Discoveries:
Today I discovered that people love money. So much so that they would lie, cheat, steal and defy God for it. As you know I host a talk radio show every week where we discuss hot topics. This week’s topic “What You Would Do For A Million Dollars!” The show idea came from a fan in Atlanta who had fallen on hard times due to losing their job and they thought it was a fitting subject to discuss. So did I. Well, while researching the scenarios I was shocked to hear that people would turn homosexual for a day, rob churches, lose limbs and even go blind for some cold hard cash. Has the recession gotten that bad? Big shout out to all of the callers who called in to participate!

High Points:
I made it through the torrential rain and thunderstorms that have swept the Dallas/Fort Worth area as of late. Cars were back-to-back on all major highways and there were even a few fatalities due to the harsh winds. We are privileged to be alive and everyday that I make it in to work or to an event or back home I am so grateful. Be careful out there America.

Low Points:
I missed my commitment to call back several people. I know it seems like a small thing but it is a big deal to me. The worse kind of promise to break is the one you make to yourself. Naturally, I have been busy lately with film promotion, scripts and a new novel but I am not too busy to pick up the damn phone and call someone. I have received better home training than that. My mama and granny would get out the switch if they found out that I was promising folks I’d call them back and not making good on that promise.

Question
What’s the easiest way to stay connected in today’s society?
