Discoveries:
Today I discovered that true love has its ups and downs, in’s and outs as well as its highs and lows but the beautiful thing about love is that it’s an infinite learning experience. It all contributes to the experience! Yesterday I had a fallout with my wife only to discover that it was I who was being unreasonable and through the power of her love and devotion I was able to understand my shortcomings. Thanks love.
High Points:
I worked from 8-6pm then hurried home from 6-7pm, and then I hosted (2) one-hour radio shows. I am the hardest working man in the world as far as I am concerned. And get this, the day is not over. I still have to make dinner for four and finish a movie script. What! Get big!
Low Points:
I am finding that this blog is becoming a chore. Perhaps it’s because I am constantly trying to squeeze it in as opposed to letting the words flow out of my psyche. I am big on commitments though, if I said I will deliver a new blog post everyday, damn it that’s what I am gonna do.
Question
What are the easiest dinners to prepare quickly?

If you're big on Salads, that's one way to go! I'm addicted, so I typically take a day to prep all of my veggies a few days in advance. As needed, I come home and quickly cook whatever meat (if any), or, from time to time, I'll cook enough for 2-3 days so the next day dinner/lunch will pretty much be ready!
More kid friendly? MANWICH! Lol! ;)
Thanks : )
easiest quick meal I make is 'sgetti's...not the most nutritional, you didn't ask that ;)
