Discoveries:
Today I discovered that I want to own a muscle car before I die.I took my oldest son to a the Dallas Raceway, an official drag strip complete with logos, tons of 5 second cars and all the noise you can handle. We attended the T-N-T ( Test n' Tune) This is where private owners can satisfy their need for speed legally. For a small entrance fee you can practice or compete in a head-to-head race against another driver or against the clock. While I was there I rediscovered my adoration for the muscle car. Those kinds of cars simply scream masculinity. I'm not picky either, I'd take anything .As long as the car has good bones a nice motor, sick paint and racing stripes I'm good. There are so many that I adore but somehow, I managed to put together a list, in no particular order, of my favorites:
1969 Ford Fairlane/1963 Impala /1964 Ford Thunderbolt / 1969 AMC SC/Rambler/1969 AMC SC/Rambler /1969 Plymouth Roadrunner / 1966 Oldsmobile 442/1969 Dodge Coronet / 1963 Corvette/1966 Chevrolet Chevelle/1967 Pontiac GTO/Any Classic Jaguar .
Possible Themes For the day:

-Car Care
-Cultivate your muscles
-Take a drive

High Points:
I came out my 3 month hibernation and hosted a radio show. For those who are not privy to the wondrous glory that is Internet Radio, let me hip you to it. For nearly 3 years I woke up early on Saturday mornings and hosted (2) one-hour talk radio shows (sometimes longer) and gave creatives all around the world an opportunity to discuss their creativity with listeners on the biggest stage on the planet, the world wide web. The show is called CREATIVE SOUL and each week, religiously I hosted episode after episode and nearly amassed 1000 episodes that went into syndication and circulation via Apple iTunes. My guest was an old friend who, like me, has decided to embark on a new personal mission in life. He felt compelled to do this from the Holy spirit. So, like any good Samaritan, I volunteered to help. To make a long story short, the show was a huge success and it has me seriously thinking about bringing the show back on the airwaves. We will see. If you would like to check the show out visit: www.blogtalkradio.com/creativesoul . You are able to check out past episodes OnDemand at anytime.
Low Points:
I couldn't find me a pair of decent basketball shoes for a reasonable price. I am not cheap, not by damn sight but for whatever reason I can no longer stomach shelling out $100, $200 for a pair of shoes that I will only wear when I am dribbling a basketball. I was almost about to breakdown for a pair of cool ass Jumpman's but just couldn't do it. I mean, in the literal sense of the phrase, will only use them when I go to the gym and play pick up games with my buddies. I hear there are several discount outlets that are out there that boast inexpensive quality shoes but I haven't seen those stores yet. Help me out. I have a $40 budget and need a pair of sneakers.....By the way, the $40 includes shipping. I wear a size 11...in case y'all got da hookup!

A few of my part-time passions include enjoying God's green earth, sun, fresh air, water. I look at water fountains at the park. It has a calming effect like watching the revolutions of a clothes dryer at a laundromat and the fresh aroma that goes with it... Church is yet another, but also relaxing in the hot tub or spas. Spending time with family singularly or as a group or multi-tasking, which includes doing so many, many fun things. Shopping online, at any store, Saks, Kmart or consignment is good too. I also like a lunch cruise at Mystic Blue@ Navy Pier, the Holyland in Orlando, and acsending in a jet..
One of my part-time passions is collecting skin art a.k.a. tattoos. I actually have an appreciation for the tattooing industry and consider it to be an art form. But lately its getting frustrating because like anything that goes mainstream, quickly becomes trendy. Think of how I felt when I was in TJ Maxx last week and I came across a Ed Hardy blow dryer. WTF?? Sailor Jerry is probably shitting in his grave from how these pencil pushers just rape & exploit this once members only club. An Ed Hardy hair dryer makes just as much sense as Tupac's newly released Makaveli pillows guaranteed to "Keep Ya Head Up!" Just straight Tomfoolery!
