Be Thankful

Discoveries:
Today I discovered that every once in a while you need to use a little finesse instead of approaching life like a brut. I have been notorious for inadvertently displaying feats of my physical strength. To cite an instance, just last weekend I broke yet another can opener by just twisting it. One year I knocked a hole in someone’s door with ease. As a preteen I accidentally knocked down a rotting tree by giving it a right hook. I punched the timber down trying to prove a point to my younger cousin. It’s cool having innate muscle but the best display of power is to practice restraint, better yet restraint. Walking away from an argument, fight, altercation, dispute or fight proves you are solid, in character. Give it a try.

High Points:
I am one step closer to my dreams…That is all.

Low Points:
I spent an extra hour and fifteen minutes in traffic stuck bumper-to-bumper because of a car accident. Normally I would get really ticked off being stuck in one hundred degree Texas heat but today was different. The accident looked really bad. The closer I got to the crash site the more I understood. A compact car had apparently severed, mangled pieces scattered across the freeway. The drivers and passengers were in bad shape and needed air support. It was a sight to see watching a chopper land on the freeway. Once I finally sailed past the horrendous visual I felt thankful and small. To think, I was complaining about having to wait in traffic when I could have been waiting in a hospital room.

Question
What things do you take for granted?

John R. WIlliams- you ask the question-"What things do you take for granted?" it may seem strange or even unusual-but her it goes-
I have taken my pain, hurt, tears, for granted. I have skipped over my life and given it to so many others-
-I have given my hope, trust, and being freely without thought. Yes, and in this instance, I have been deceived, portrayed, and lied to so that the good of me
could keep on giving freely...
Also, I have taken my patience for granted-I have raced a muk,but through all of it-I refused to give up...

However, life is more than a grant or wish-life is a given,a gift, and a light,a tree-life. It's more than a dream it is real.
This is just a taste--- of what I have taken for granted in spite of teaching, giving, and sharing with others.
Now, I am climbing a ladder of understanding the will of power that I will treasure. Self is key-so I know I got to love me-without me then
no one would be able to take, give or receive from thee...PeaceTre'PoeTre.Ink Mzfre'
