Bellyfat Diet

Discoveries:
Today I discovered that when it’s above 100 degrees it’s probably best to take a seat, relax and chill. Instead, I decided to mow my lawn. Let’s face it, no homeowner wants to the have the worst looking lawn on the block so it was my duty to at minimum, cultivate presentable greenery. Well, between all of the edging and clipping I lost 3lbs. Is this possible? Yes! I have discovered a radical new diet!

High Points:
Once again, I was able to operate successfully on four hours of sleep. It truly is overrated. When I sleep I feel like I am missing something. While I appreciate the rest, I feel like I missed out on the opportunity to learn, laugh and grow. Not to mention enjoy the sunshine. Besides, if I get too exhausted, I can always curl up on my lazy boy and watch TV only to allow the TV to watch me. Sweet!

Low Points:
My stomach is getting out of control. Maybe its gas or 160 ounces of fluid I force into my body each day (most of it being fruit juice) I need a target weight loss diet that can reduce my waistline. Any ideas? Wait, oh yeah, my radical lawn mowing diet. Perhaps I need to get out in the sun more and cut grass. Maybe Mrs. Jones needs her grass cut. Hmmm….

cut back on sugar. too much sugar means when you exercise, you're burning the sugar not the fat. cut out the sugar and exercising will burn the fat. boom!
